Situated on a normal suburban block of land, three townhouses were constructed. The provision of underground car parking incorporated generous storage and allows the homes to integrate witht the surrounding buildings. Ample private gardens and courtyards complement the high standard of finish inside, providing modern, stylish living.

A 55 square home incorporating the best in modern living. The huge living area opens onto a large sandstone paved entertainment area complete with built-in BBQ on gas mains. Some design features include:

• Gently stepping the house down two levels to place the rear internal and external living on one level.

• Seperate zoning for living & sleeping with children's living areas fully sound insulated.

Fabulous living was created in the contempory home. Taking advantage of the sloping site, the living areas make the most of the spectacular views and the bedrooms are placed underneath. Exceptional internal finishes add the final touch.

A run down two bedroom home with seperate flat added in the 1970s was transformed into one home. An open living area was created flowing out to a private deck and garden. The home was completed with new modern bathrooms and three bedrooms restored.

This small two bedroom Victorian cottage home was transformed into family living with a two storey extension including open living and kitchen area opening onto balcony and rear entertainment area. Upstairs a large airy bedroom and office area complete the home.

A sensitive renovation in keeping with the charming single fronted Victorian home created a generous living area with fully integrated kitchen appliances that harmonise with the room.
