We are qualified and trained in concept design and construction of environmentally sustainable homes.
We can assist you to choose the best design options for:

When we construct your home, we recycle waste building materials where possible instead of dumping into land fill.

The average Australian household produces more than 15 tonnes of greenhouse gas per home each year.
Building Codes & Regulations
New homes must now be constructed to a 5 star rating standard. From 1st May 2008 all alterations and relocations of homes must also abide by the standard.
Does it add to the cost?
An independent study (for the Building Commission) indicates an average upfront cost of 2%. Generally, the ongoing savings in energy bills and water bills will compensate for any increase in building costs.
